In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jin33" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to jin33, an internationally operated online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://jin33.vu.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jin33 platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the jin33 platform.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stake placed by a Player on a sports market, casino game, esports event, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive amount credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by jin33 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Player" — any individual who is ineligible to use the Platform under Clause 2 of these Terms.
• "Services" — collectively, all sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, esports betting, and any other products made available on the Platform.
• "Applicable Law" — all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation of the Platform under its international licence.

Access to and use of the jin33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. jin33 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by jin33 or any associated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jin33 or any of its third-party service providers where use of the Platform would constitute a conflict of interest.

jin33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Players who no longer meet the eligibility criteria must cease using the Platform immediately and notify jin33 support at the contact details set out in Clause 15.

To access the betting and gaming Services offered by jin33, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the jin33 platform. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual may be merged, suspended, or permanently closed, and any associated Balance may be voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify jin33 support immediately at [email protected]. jin33 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account Currency: All Account Balances are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jin33 does not perform currency conversions, and no exchange-rate margin is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

jin33 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its international licence obligations. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at jin33's discretion. The following documents may be required:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or a utility bill).
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant bank account or e-wallet account confirming ownership).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by jin33 to comply with its anti-money-laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) obligations.

jin33 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or all Account activity pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is complete for the relevant payment method.

jin33 processes all financial transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through a range of locally supported payment methods. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to any limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Supported deposit methods include: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposit confirmations are processed automatically upon receipt of payment and are typically reflected in your Account Balance within seconds. jin33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet processing times.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and may trigger a KYC review.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• jin33 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a confirmed request, subject to KYC completion and any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• jin33 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own processing fees.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation where jin33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• jin33 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

jin33 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and other products may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and free bets expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from your Account Balance without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Abuse: jin33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has exploited a promotion through systematic wagering patterns, multiple Account abuse, or any other method contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Modification or Withdrawal: jin33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Player Accounts under the original terms.

The following general rules apply to all Bets placed on the jin33 platform. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, and casino games are available within the relevant product section of the platform.

• A Bet is final and binding once confirmed by the platform. jin33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend Bets after confirmation, except in circumstances where the market is declared void under the applicable sports rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. jin33 reserves the right to restrict stake limits on individual Players or markets at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, network interruption, or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or Bet, jin33 reserves the right to void the affected Bet and return the stake to the Player's Account Balance.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to acceptance delay. A Bet will be void if it is not accepted before the relevant event or market closes.
• All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games on jin33 use certified and regularly audited RNG software. Results are independently tested for fairness. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, subject to those providers' own regulatory certifications.
• jin33 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the Player's side that result in a game session being interrupted. Incomplete game rounds will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jin33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while ineligible under Clause 2, including underage use or use during a self-exclusion period.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Holding more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Colluding with other Players or using automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical aids to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in a way that gives an unintended advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or data.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as a sub-agent or facilitating betting on behalf of third parties.

All content on the jin33 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and multimedia content, is the property of jin33 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jin33.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, jin33 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any failure, interruption, or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond jin33's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security as required under Clause 3.
• The accuracy of odds, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes and may not always reflect real-time conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jin33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by jin33's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by Applicable Law.

jin33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe and sustainable entertainment environment. Every registered Player has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period. Your Account is suspended for the duration and cannot be reactivated early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account if you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum of 12 months.

jin33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Ineligibility under Clause 2, including discovery of underage use.
• Extended period of account inactivity (12 months or more with no login activity), subject to applicable dormant account procedures and prior notice to the Player's registered email.

Upon termination, any confirmed real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, following completion of any outstanding KYC or AML reviews. jin33 reserves the right to retain funds where required by Applicable Law or where the circumstances of termination involve suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jin33 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. Funds will be returned subject to the conditions above.

jin33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, jin33 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jin33 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jin33's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

jin33 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. It is the Player's responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. jin33 expressly disclaims any liability arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms limits or affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be contractually excluded.
